1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement ("Terms") governs all transactions between Verapep™ ("Seller," "we," "our," or "us") and any purchaser or user ("Buyer," "you"). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms are legally binding and supersede any prior communication, quotation, or agreement, whether written or verbal.
2. Research-Use-Only Policy
All products sold by Verapep are designated strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any form of self-administration.
Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Nothing sold by Verapep is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Products must not be used in foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. Misuse of these products is strictly prohibited and entirely at the Buyer's own risk.
3. Buyer Eligibility & Responsibility
By purchasing from Verapep, Buyer certifies and agrees that:
- They are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
- They possess the necessary qualifications, training, and knowledge to handle research chemicals safely
- All products will be used solely for lawful research conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- They assume full legal and personal responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use of all purchased products
Verapep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion if the Buyer is deemed unqualified or intends to use products for unauthorized purposes.
4. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Verapep enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any indication of product misuse. Any communication, including emails, order notes, or support inquiries, that implies, suggests, or references human consumption, self-administration, or non-research application will result in:
- Immediate order cancellation without refund
- Permanent account termination
- A permanent ban from all future purchases
This policy exists to maintain regulatory compliance and protect the integrity of the research supply chain.
5. Legal Disclaimer & Indemnification
Verapep supplies products with the understanding that they will be handled by qualified professionals familiar with their potential hazards. By purchasing, Buyer acknowledges that:
- Verapep provides no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the use or misuse of any product
- Verapep shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use, handling, or storage, including personal injury, loss of profit, or property damage
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verapep, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, expenses, damages, or legal actions arising from the handling or use of any purchased product, whether used alone or in combination with other substances.
6. Ownership & Use Restrictions
All products remain the exclusive property of Verapep until payment is received in full. Purchase of any product grants Buyer a non-transferable, limited license to use the product strictly for internal research. Buyer may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage products without prior written approval
- Export, transfer, or ship products internationally without compliance with applicable export laws
- Use products in commercial manufacturing, clinical, or diagnostic settings
Unauthorized use automatically terminates all rights granted under this Agreement.
7. Product Information & Liability Limits
All product information provided on our website or through communication channels is offered for informational and educational purposes only. Verapep does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of such information.

In all cases, Verapep's maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Orders, Payment & Verification
All payments must be made directly to Verapep. We currently accept Zelle and Venmo. Additional payment methods will be added as our payment infrastructure expands. We reserve the right to verify identity, billing information, and order intent before fulfillment.
Verapep may cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities, or adjust pricing to correct errors or prevent fraudulent transactions.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring accurate billing and shipping details.
Payments made via Venmo, Zelle, or cryptocurrency are verified manually and may require up to 24 hours for confirmation before order processing begins.
9. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Verapep ships within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon shipment. Verapep is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. Out-of-stock items will ship when available unless cancelled by the Buyer prior to fulfillment.
For complete shipping details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
10. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, except in the following cases, at Verapep's sole discretion:
- Shipping error: we shipped the wrong product, dose, or quantity
- Manufacturing defect: the product arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusable
- Independent HPLC verification: third-party HPLC testing by an accredited laboratory documents purity below the 99% threshold listed on the product's published Certificate of Analysis. See our HPLC Refund Policy for full procedure, documentation requirements, and timelines.
Shipping error and manufacturing defect claims must be submitted to support@verapep.com within 48 hours of delivery, with order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. HPLC verification claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with the full third-party lab report attached. Resolution may include a replacement shipment or monetary refund, at our sole discretion.
Products damaged through misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
11. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Verapep support constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in:
- Permanent account termination and blacklisting
- Forfeiture of any future claims or resolutions
- Pursuit of all available legal remedies to recover losses
We encourage all customers to contact support@verapep.com to resolve concerns before involving payment providers. Any dispute shall be handled exclusively in the county and jurisdiction where Verapep operates, under California state and U.S. federal law.

17. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Blacklist Policy
