HPLC Testing Refund
We stand behind every product we ship. Verify your order through an approved third-party laboratory, and Verapep will reimburse the full cost, both the testing fee and the product itself.
Step 1
Contact an Approved Laboratory
Reach out to one of the third-party testing facilities listed below for their specific shipping instructions. When submitting your sample, make sure the manufacturer is identified as "Verapep.com" and include the product name along with its batch number (ex: IGF-00001). Request a sample photograph from the facility for your records.
Step 2
Photograph & Document Before Shipping
Take clear photographs of the unopened product(s) prior to shipment. All images must clearly display the batch number and vial cap color. A pre-shipment photo is required.
Any signs of tampering will invalidate refund eligibility.Step 3
Submit Test Results
Instruct the testing facility to forward a copy of the completed results directly to testing@verapep.com.
Step 4
Complete the Verification Form
Once you have received the results, fill out the verification form below and include:
- A link to the test results
- Your pre-shipment photograph(s)
- Your original order number
Approved Testing Facilities
These are the only authorized testing partners, selected for their accreditation, reliability, and verification standards. Additional facilities may be added at Verapep's discretion.
