Climate-controlled storage
Lyophilized vials are stored cool, dry, and dark in a monitored, temperature-controlled room. Reconstitution supplies are stored separately. Nothing sits in a hot warehouse or a garage.
Same-day fulfillment
Orders confirmed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day from this address, packed with the batch COA and storage conditions. Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints.
Documentation on every lot
Supplier COAs from Horizon Analytical and Verapep-commissioned independent COAs from Freedom Diagnostics are published per lot and verifiable in the lab's public database.
