How store credit works

Pick an amount
Any whole-dollar amount. You see exactly how much credit you get before you continue.

Send the payment
Zelle, Venmo or crypto, with your reference in the note. We confirm it, usually the same day.

Spend it at checkout
Sign in and check out as usual. Your credit comes off the order, across as many orders as you like.
The fine print
- Store credit never expires and stays with your Verapep account. It cannot be moved to another account.
- Paid credit (what you send) pays for items, shipping and tax.
- Bonus credit pays for items only, and counts toward the 45% savings limit on each order, together with points.
- At checkout, bonus credit is used first, then paid credit. You can turn store credit off for any order.
- Your bonus is set when you make the request. If an order paid with store credit is cancelled, the credit goes back to your balance.
- Store credit is not exchanged for cash, except that we refund a paid balance under $10 in cash on request. Bonus credit has no cash value.
